Tiivistelmä: | An evaluation of two interviews makes it possible to distinguish between two approaches to managerial job: one represents the "making" aspect, the other the "cultivating" aspect of human activity. The characteristics of a maker's way of thinking are described and analyzed. Its key words are: drill, will, direction, command, motivation, results etc. In the focus of a cultivator's way of thinking are: opportunity, understanding, indirect leadership, development, foresight, behaviour etc. These two ways of thinking are opposites: they have different criteria for the assessment of the world of management, for success and failure, for right or wrong behavior. |
