Tiivistelmä: | The discussed strategic key factors are: product life cycle, experience curve and PIMS (Impact of Market Strategies). Product life cycle enables markets to think dynamically - it has no grounds: there are controversial opinions about it. The experience curve theory claims that the costs of a product unit diminish by a learning rate. Major problem of it is that the context in which it is valid is not established. The aim of PIMS is to show the laws of the market. It is now the best method for finding the main success factors. Abstractness is the weak point of all methods. |
