| Tiivistelmä: | Many crucial problems for the survival of organizations may arise in face of which the principal management sciences prove unreliable. There is room, therefore,for studies of a global and quantitative scope founded on a new type of fieldwork. New approaches are applied in the field of management research and tried to be introduced into managerial practice,with the aim to avoid the two basic errors of the traditional methods: the arbitrary division of the enterprises' activities into separated fields and the reduction the questions to be analyzed to pure quantitative problems. |
