| Tiivistelmä: | In many areas of material management - such as disposal and purchase - there are respectable potentials of cost reduction. Often it is possible to lower purchase prices of materials by increasing inset of the workforce. The price reductions also influence the advantage of ordering politics. Therefore this article introduces and discusses a model for determining order quantities and inset-times of personnel in the purchase department simultaneously. The shown model and its variants are in many respects simplified and are to be built on various potentials and further cost-components are to be considered. The use of further areas of material industry is imaginable as well. |
