Tiivistelmä: | In the future, personnel policy will become a major part of a company's policy. The unavoidable flexibilization and intensification in the work environment will assign new tasks to management. The changes in personnel management are characterized. The traditional administrative duties of the 1950s were replaced by systems development responsibilities gradually from the beginning of the 1960s. The culminating point of this process was reached in the middle of 1980s. Recently the consultative role of the personnel departments is in progress. Due to the often contradictory development there will be a lot of problems to be solved in the future, if companies insist on ensuring employees' security and satisfaction. |
