| Tiivistelmä: | The common belief that entrepreneurs have personality characteristics that set them apart has stimulated a stream of empirical studies. However, the extent to which such differences exist has not been clearly established and a review of the relevant literature finds the evidence to be fragmented and contradictory. A new framework for categorising entrepreneurs is proposed which may help to clarify the issues for both researchers and practitioners. |
