Tiivistelmä:The influence of a personal variable, age, as an antecedent of the intention to quit was examined. U.S. workforce is becoming older because of demographic changes and retirement legislation. As the work force ages, it's important to anticipate the differences in the turnover of older as compared to younger employees.
