| Tiivistelmä: | The analysis of the psychological health of strike participants presented by Stone & Arora (1978) poses several problems. These problems stem from the non-identification of parameters in the LISREL model they used, empirical under-identification of the reported data and an inappropriate interpretation of the indices of fit they report. A reanalysis of the data with identified model is demonstrated. |
