| Tiivistelmä: | Based on the author's experience in developing an expert system for accounting policy, the paper discusses the conditions for a successful construction of expert systems. The technical problems have to be solved at a theoretical level before implementing the system. This theoretical understanding constitutes the basis for integrating expert knowledge in dialogue with domain experts and is also needed to determine the adequate data processing environment including hard-and software. An expert system for accounting policy is given and demonstrated by a simple developed example. |
