| Tiivistelmä: | The Texas Instruments says there is a possibility to develop a supercomputer with a special microelectronic component 100 times smaller and 10,000 times cheaper per function than current integrated circuits. This quantum-effect device could work faster than the present field-effect transistors. Also its power consumption would be lower. |
