| Tiivistelmä: | After the precedent of PolyGram-STEMRA deal, now BMG and GEMA, the German authors'society reached an agrement in September for the licensing of prerecorded music sold by BMG all over Europe. Fees will be paid to GEMA according to the existing tariffs and conditions of the concerned country. BMG claims, the central licensing and accounting system is important for the single European market of 1992. |
