| Tiivistelmä: | Last February European Telecommunication Standard Institute was set up to develop Europeanwide communications standards. The organization consists of two separate bodies: the General Assembly is responsible for the administrative aspects, while the Technical Assembly is the highest authority of production and approval of the technical standards. The majority of standardization work should be ready before the end of 1992. |
