| Tiivistelmä: | The conjoint process of internationalisation, deregulation, globalisation and financial innovation has great influence on the efficiency and the grown liquidity of financial markets. The enterprises have the opportunity to satisfy their financial needs directly on the financial market without banking intermediation. The traditional role of credits is reduced. This significantly affects the result of banking. Banks are forced to find "new functions" which means a fundamental evolution in banking intermediation. Transformation of financial environment and the changes in the methods of the financial management of enterprises form new situation in relation to risk-sharing and partnership between banks and enterprises. |
