Tiivistelmä:It is examined how children of different ages categorize products, focusing on the bases or attributes children use to classify products. Data from children ages 4 to 10 reveal that younger children use perceptual attributes to classify products while older ones rely more on underlying attributes. These findings provide a starting point for evaluating the robustness of previous findings in this area.
