Tiivistelmä:This article describes a negotiating tool that can help in obtaining a lower price per unit than originally offered by the vendor. The applicability of this tool is demonstrated in the context of three different vendor cost structures: - decreasing variable costs only, - fixed costs plus decreasing variable costs, and - fixed costs plus constant variable costs.
