Tiivistelmä:In 1984 STC and ICL merged and became one of the largest electronic companies in Europe. This article explains how the merged organisation continued its long history of psychological testing and assessment. However, the techniques they used had to be integrated into the overall framework of human research strategy, which takes into account the business objectives of the firm, its environment, its culture and its supporting systems.
