Tiivistelmä:Organizational support and encouragement are imperative. The efforts of an individual manager or the human resources staff ultimately will be frustrated unless strong commitment for such change and action is provided. Organizations that assume they don't have a problem with jealousy should look and see what's actually happening in their firms. Managers shouldn't assume that jealousy between co-workers is an inevitable consequence of running and operating an organization. Before jealousy can be managed effectively, it must be understood.
