Tiivistelmä:The "fit" hypotheses developed in the organization and management control literatures to test contingency theory have usually assumed the existence of a unifying set of organizational goals and that the individual behavior can be directed toward the achievement of these goals. The paper tests the three-way interaction between task uncertainty, budget use and system goal orientation. Results support the hypothesis.
