Tiivistelmä: | Several procedural changes were introduced to an assessment centre for selection of naval officers so as to help the assessors to use the evidence more appropriately in arriving at their overall assessment rating (OAR). The results are discussed in terms of implication for the AC studied, subjective versus of mechanical integration of AC data, and the explanation of AC validity. |
