| Tiivistelmä: | A model is developed with interest rate endogenized which outlines the role of the liquidity effect and non-monetary factors for the interplay of interest rate and price level. In the empirical section of the paper the model is estimated for Switzerland over a period with virtually no change of monetary procedure. |
