| Tiivistelmä: | Four aspects of project management are examined: goals, structure, personnel, and culture. The hierarchy and transparency of goals are discussed. Several structural variants are mentioned. The role of employees' skills is emphasized. It is shown how fruitful to see project management as management of culture. The job requirements of a project manager are summarized. A behavioural analysis of project management in the framework of organizational culture is provided. |
