| Tiivistelmä: | The huge technology trust Mannesmann faces new challenges. The process of restructuring of the firms is to be completed in three years. After this process the trust will have a new profile. However, the transition is accompanied by considerable problems: instead of synergic effects tensions arise between the filiales, the large returns hoped from the mobil communication business are not realized. The permanent acquisitions make the firm , which is getting more and more complex , very difficult to manage. The consequence is that the Mannesmann share is to be re-assessed. |
