| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at analyzing the community members' motivational role to participate in Communities of practice (or CoPs), the community leader importance and the influence of management support (herein as: m-spt). The proposed hypotheses are tested using data collected in a large sample quantitative survey from 222 CoP members from different communities of a multinational company. Using partial least square structural equations modelling, the results show that a leading facilitator and an appropriate m-spt. positively influence interaction processes in CoPs. |
