Tiivistelmä: | The authors of this article state that Pioneer dot.com companies are challenging traditional business cultures. The authors suggest that as these new entrepreneurs and their staff wrestle with their uncertain futures there are many lessons to be learned by all organisations. Further the authors consider the following subjects: 1) Dot. Com leaders believe in changing the system, not preserving it; 2) Sustaining change and joie-de-vivre; 3) Dot.Com dependence on talent; 4) More than just cash. The authors conclude saying that dot.com is a new phenomenon in company culture. It is brave and young enough to live its ideals. |
