| Tiivistelmä: | The current popularity of "partnership" in workplace industrial relations raises the question of the durability of such arrangements. The stability of co-operative employer-union relationships is explored here by means of case studies. Perceptions of the experience of negotiation and consultation are analysed. Continuing net benefits are reported both by managers and by union representatives in workplaces where co-operative relationships are robust. |
