| Tiivistelmä: | Based on a survey of 119 graduates conducted in 2004 in the U.K., this paper focuses on the effects of extra-curricular (hereafter as: ext-curr.) activity (as: act-y.) on graduates' transition from higher education (HE) to the labour market. Data were analyzed using linear and logistic regression models. It is shown that ext-curr. act-y. has a significant influence on the transition process. Results suggest ext-curr. strategies to better enable graduates' effective transition to work. |
