Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to explore the effect of knowledge (hereafter as: knw.) accumulation (as: knw-acc.) capability (as: cap.) on organizational innovation (hereafter as: org-innvt). It is also aimed at finding out if interaction btw. external (as: ext.) environment or organizational culture (as: org-clt.) and knowledge accumulation (as: knw-acc.) ability will influence org-innvt. Using a quantitative research design, a total of 1,000 questionnaires were mailed out and 129 valid replies were received. The results indicate that the cap. to get knw. can positively and significantly (here as: pos-and-sgnly.) affect knw. administrative (as: adm.) and technical innovation. Knw. expansion cap. can pos-and-sgnly. affect adm. innovation. In addition, ext. environment and org-clt. have significant interaction effects with knw. accumulation cap. on org-innvt etc. |
