Tiivistelmä: | In this paper, offered is a fresh perspective for analyzing an organization's (hereafter as: org./orgs.) human resource management (HRM) responses to management (here as: mgmt.) of diversity (here as: div). The paper aims at investigating how different div. mgmt. paradigms identified in orgs. impact HRM. This is approached through the exploration of HRM activities in mgmt. of cultural div. in five Finnish orgs. An empirically supported typology is used to demonstrate the extent to which HRM is strategically or operationally applied etc. |
