| Tiivistelmä: | Business and business schools generally maintain an arm's lenght relationship. This article argues for a new kind of executive education program that provides a platform for a partnership between business and business schools. Instead of viewing research and teaching as independent or sequentially linked activities, such programs can make them simultaneous outputs from a shared learning experience. Learning alliances can broaden the perspectives of business schools and build new theory as well as educate managers and manage corporate change. |
