| Tiivistelmä: | The problems in bringing into play the function of grain futures market are mainly manifest as follows: The trend of spot price deviates from that of futures price. The effect of hedge is poor. As a result, negative influence has been produced on circulation in spot market. The measures to take are as follows: actively developing and listing the major strains which can meet the requirements for hedge; guiding enterprises to futures market for making value-keeping transactions; perfecting regulations and rules and standardizing market behavior; making market lay out rational through the adjustment of futures market; establishing a close relationship of cooperation between futures and spot market. |
