| Tiivistelmä: | After analysing the administrative intervention of futures market in China and its effect, the author thinks that its influence is mostly negative and so puts forward the following suggestions: 1. formulating as soon as possible "Law on Futures Transactions", in which the government's supervisory authority is incorporated, 2. establishing a risk management system with the institution for settlement as the core, 3. enhancing the authority of securities committee and securities supervisory committee as the representative of the government and also strengthening their supervisory function, 4.using for reference the successful experiences of securities market in coding management in the operational procedure. |
