| Tiivistelmä: | In the past 30 years, Hong Kong's financial industry has experienced three bank crisis, two stock disasters and a Hong Kong dollar crisis, which has had a decisive function influencing the reform of Hong Kong's financial system. As a result, great changes have taken place in its systems of financial supervision and management. Its experiences and lessons in this aspect are: Opening timely foreign financial institutions and enhancing the financial transparency of banking industry and making financial legislation before handling matters, limiting the loans from banks to the industries with too high risk and banning internal deals in banks and at the same time stressing the management of internal risks of financial industry in a bid to make decision on the basis of investigations and studies. |
