Tiivistelmä: | This article aims to describe and to understand relational interaction processes (hereafter as: int-procs.) in project networks (as: prj-net/s.), suggesting that there is a connection btw. the characteristics of prj-nets. and the type of interactions within it. It is suggested that time, legitimacy and power structure determine the type of occuring int-procs. Four case studies of service-producing prj-nets. show that relational int-procs. tend to change over time-shifting btw. the dimensions of consent and negotiation. Prj-nets. seeking to acquire legitimacy are characterized by consent-based int-procs. such as mapping by rhetoric etc. On the other hand, legitimate prj-nets. are characterized by negotiation-based int-procs. such as meetings etc. Hence, actors in different types of prj-nets. adopt different interaction strategies in managing prj-nets. with a view to creating legitimacy or mutual commitment. |
