Tiivistelmä:The aim of this article is to confirm the previous finding that organizational characteristics influence management and to define whether the national culture of knowledge workers affects the management of knowledge as well. The findings suggest that organizational characteristics are a stronger prescriptive factor affecting knowledge management than national culture. However, both were found to affect knowledge management. Hence, changes in organizational characteristics will have a stronger impact on management of knowledge than adjustments in the compositions of employees' nationalities.
