| Tiivistelmä: | For the present examination and approval system in China, there exist some malpractices such as the strict and tedious examination procedure, transferring the power of examination and approval to a lower level unduly and with too long term and lacking transparency in the standards of examination and approval. So simplifying the system of examination and approval of foreign investment is the development trend in legislation of foreign investment. The author offers some suggestions to reform the examination and approval system, which are directed against the above malpractices. |
