| Tiivistelmä: | To improve the environment of investment in China, we must strengthen foreign-related economic legislation, perfect laws and regulations, abide by international practices, enhance the transparency of our policies; further expand areas open to the outside world, loosen restrictions on foreign investment in tertiary industry; and perfect our policies to guide foreign investment in certain industries. Investment focus are basic industries, infrastructure construction, iron and steel smelting, machinery and electronics, chemical petroleum, auto-making, construction industry and technological renovation of state-owned large and medium enterprises. International giant companies are especially welcome to make investment in projects of large scale and high technological level. |
