| Tiivistelmä: | Transparency is one of the important goal of the GATT. Some problems still exists in China's economic and trade law stipulations. Industry policy is not open to public, too many inner stipulations remains, local governments have the right to implement favorable policies of their own, the standards in examination and approval for establishing a new foreign funded enterprises are not open to public. The measures for increasing the transparency include: putting the existing laws and stipulations in order as soon as possible, opening the investment fields for foreign businessmen as well as the policies and stipulations which are related to foreign investment, publishing a monograph on laws and stipulations for foreign investment. |
