| Tiivistelmä: | Portfolio planning is one of the tools of strategic management, differing from others in concentrating on potential corporation profit.The method itself is based on the analysis of several parameters regarding industry attractiveness and company position of individual strategic business units.Multi-attribute decision making analysis was successfully supported by the expert system shell DEX-Decision Expert.The advantage of the above mentioned procedure has been higher transparency with emphasis on effective and convenient decision making. |
