| Tiivistelmä: | Four attributes are examined, which are important characteristics of the quality of insurance business: accessibility, reliability, flexibility and transparency. The first describes the ability of an insurance contract to satisfy policy holder's needs, whereas reliability is defined as the degree of correspondence between the performance the insured expects and the performance that will be realized. Flexibility describes the feasibility to adjust the insurance cover to changes in the risk situation of the insured. Transparance finally characterizes the comprehensibility of an insurance contract. |
