| Tiivistelmä: | The high and new technology in the world will develop towards industrialized technology, intensive input, internationalized business and union of banks and enterprises in the futures, which will also be the key points in competition. They are both challenges and rare chance to Chinese enterprises. So China should firstly shift the focus of its strategy and take the cultivation of high-tech industries as an important move of building up a nation, depending on sci-tech. Then it should concentrate efforts to launch main attack on difficult points of sci- tech and practice intensive input to accelerate technological transformation in a bid to turn the limited sci-tech superiority into industrial, commodity and competitive superiority's. |
