| Tiivistelmä: | Markets must to grow in a coordinated manner. It is very important to perfect the infrastructures of markets at each level. The Planning of each market must be improved as soon as possible Reform of property right systems, creation of a modern corporate system as well as reform of financial systems must be boosted so as to commercialize specialized banks and diversify commercial banks. Futures markets must be developed on the basis of a sound spot market. Unstable basic markets need to be stabilized and irrational elements in the price system should be adjusted through competitive markets in the shortest possible time. |
