Tiivistelmä: | Corporate image taken as a syncretism of communication, a symbol of identity of the group, is a way to favour the coherence of the messages issued by the firm. In this respect the concept of image can be integrated as a strategy tool in the management of the firm. The coherence of communication means that strategy thinking and image must be connected. Corporate image is a factor of differentiation and integration of the organization. It may be one of the possible answers to the necessary transparency required by the multilateral relations. |
