Tiivistelmä:The autor means, that the following four skills are necessary for effective participation in the ongoing design of corporation whose aim is to survive and contribute to a better business world: (1) the ability to discover and diagnose a given magerial or business situation, (2) the ability to be imaginative and ivent new ways to work and do business together, (3) the ability to translate good corporate and business ideas into action with results and (4) the ability to learn from implementation conected with 'Never Stop Learning'. The role of management development leaders will be acting as internal consultants who keep a finger on the pulse of the organization through management and leadership training. The process of 'Kaisen' could be organized in the following way: diagnosis, invention, implementation and learning.
