| Tiivistelmä: | The property right system of collective enterprises presents a development trend of pluralization. But it needs to be improved urgently. Since the stock partnership is, in nature, property-sharing system, we can not overstate its role in reform. The train of thought on reform of property right system of collective enterprises is as follows: bringing into full play the leading role of collective economy in socialist market economy, developing the property right system of collective enterprises in light of the demands for establishing modern enterprise system and promoting its development in a planned way and step-by step on the basis of general check up on enterprise assets, and stablishing a rational property right-defining policy system. |
