| Tiivistelmä: | The current incentive system still has defects in many aspects, mainly manifested as follows: (1)particular stress in laid on noneconomic incentive; (2)surplus demand right in enterprises can not be put into full play when it is controlled by interior personnel; (3) two kinds of "interior personnel control" exist in China, making it difficult to realize incentive plan with surplus demand right as main form; (4)"bad money expelling good money" exists in manager option system; (5)the importance of fair competition is not fully accepted. To reconstruct incentive system under market economy, we should adhere to the principles of profit sharing and information feedback and make achievement in following aspects:(1) reconstruction of equity system, the equity must be flexible and dividable; (2) strengthen economic incentive; (3) fair competition must maintained. |
