| Tiivistelmä: | Professionals often meet conflicting demands as their professional (here as: prof-al.) role is usually constructed by other requirements than the one as an organizational (as: org-al.) member. This anthropological study illustrates how lawyers relate to the conflict btw. the prof-al. identity and the role as an org-al. member, as management is introduced at a law firm. By using of three accepted maxims of explanation, the lawyers can manage the situation in practice (original in Swedish). |
