| Tiivistelmä: | The process of restructuring new China's industries is not only a reflection of the enhancing of the economic level and changing of consumer structure but also the concentrated embodiment of the intention to quicken the economic development by the Chinese government for so years on the basis of the social and economic development and the change of international relations. The paper sums up some experiences and lessons concerning restructuring China's industries and suggests the prospects for it in the 21st century through analysis of its various stages. |
