| Tiivistelmä: | Based on the personal experience obtained through agenting in an international futures agency disputes case in Nanjing, the author holds that the international practice shall be adopted in standardizing China's international futures agency service, combining the main lessons in the management of the international futures agency service. (1)Strictly regulate the principle qualification in the international futures agency service; (2)Sternly inspect the foreign investment in the international futures agency firms; (3)Closely supervise the daily business activities of the international futures brokers. |
