| Tiivistelmä: | The disappearance of the phenomena of insufficiency is not equal to the ending of shortage economy; Chinese economy hasn't said farewell to 'shortage economy'. In the buyer's market, there is a mark of Chinese economic formation changing from "shortage economy" to "supply demand dynamic balanced economy". The shortage of supply is mainly expressed in low efficiency, low profits of state-owned enterprises and the long-term supply is not adapted to the long-term demand in the aspects quantity, quality and structure. Insufficient supply and structural problems in supply will effect the stability and quality of Chinese macro-economic running. As a result, the long-term macro policy orientation of supply optimization should exceed the short-term demand expansion. |
