Tiivistelmä: | Due to increasing competition, new products and processes, company acquisitions or alliances, European business strategies or particular focal points of technology have to be conceived and brought up to date swiftly. However, difficulties frequently occur when new ideas have to be put into practice. It is a common experience of a number of companies that the organization has become lethargic and does not operate according to the management expectations. Some new principles and techniques are offered to make organizational design more effective. The main idea is that structures, processes, corporate values and management practice have to be harmonized. Some structural alternatives are described and compared. |
